Plenary BV House, Queens Square, Middlesbrough, TS2 1PA is undergoing renovations to provide high specification office suites and offices for the local business community from July 2013. 

Work is expected to be completed by mid October 2013 with the completion of the first and second floors in Phase 1 of the refurbishment.

Work already completed includes a complete heating system upgrade, supported by Middlesbrough Council.  The new works include a sympathetic renovation of original architecture and will provide business offices suitable for start up through to medium sized companies.  The Phase 1 work is supported directly by Plenary Project Solutions and we are hopeful of additional funding to allow completion of the Basement and 3rd Floor Offices.

Office areas can be designed to clients own requirements, and are approximately shown with m2 areas as below.  Once completed (expected Phase 1 for end of October 2013) these prestige historic offices will be sought after office hub locations with local industrial networks, for Petrochemical, Project Management, Apprenticeship and Training companies.

We do offer very flexible lease terms and will be requesting interested companies to contact us very soon as we will be holding interviews for office allocations from September
